We are seeking a Mid to Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. You will design scalable applications, lead code reviews, and collaborate with designers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include writing solid, test-covered code, mentoring junior team members, and shaping our tech direction.
What you will do:
- Work in an agile and highly motivated team
- Review business requirements and provide estimates
- Plan technical architecture and feature development into Sprints
- Develop new project features and write automated tests
- Support the Product Owner and Test team
- Provide production support together with the Support team
- Code review for your peers
- Improve system performance

What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Basic experience with front-end development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with test automation (RSpec)
- Great understanding of OOP, SOLID design principles, and design patterns
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in English
Will be considered an advantage:
- Familiarity with payment, billing, and invoicing systems
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Contributions to side projects or open-source projects (consider sharing via GitHub link)
- Continuous integration and deployment skills
- Experience with SaaS development and RESTful API development
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
