About the Role

StormGeo is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and enhancing our software products. Your work will directly contribute to delivering cutting-edge products for the maritime industry, supporting safe, efficient, and data-driven decision-making at sea. Your contributions across both front-end and back-end development will be essential in driving exceptional user experiences and ensuring robust product performance.

This position is open to candidates located within Lithuania, offering flexibility to work remotely or from our offices in Vilnius or Kaunas.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular and .NET.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for performance, reliability, and security.
• Modernize and streamline front-end and back-end systems to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive, performant user interfaces.
• Contribute to shared component libraries and backend modules for cross-team reusability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Angular and .NET (C#).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORMs (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong attention to software quality.
• Security-aware development practices across the stack.
• Comfortable working in an agile, cross-functional, and global team environment.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end.
• Familiarity with DevOps workflows and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions).
• Exposure to geospatial or mapping libraries (e.g., Leaflet, MapLibre, OpenLayers).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS) and scalable microservice architectures.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
